Resource planning

The most important part of each project is allocating the proper mix and number of people to the project. Subsequently, all project staff must be managed in such a manner that they perform optimally as a team.

Progress control and budget control

Our project approach consists of systematically breaking down the project to the output to be delivered. If this concerns drawings, for instance, the project will be divided into subprojects, each of which contains a single drawing. In addition, the scheduling and a sub-budget are then linked to this drawing. This way, the progress control and the budget control can occur at regular intervals and in a straightforward manner. As a consequence, adjustments can be implemented before it is too late!

Evaluation

The project evaluation will never yield surprises if at any time during the project it is clear who is doing what and if the status of the progress and budget are known. Should the evaluation not produce a satisfactory outcome, it is because this was already known during the project and a reasoned decision was made to not make adjustments (or to make insufficient adjustments). The evaluation assists you in tackling future projects immediately in a better manner, thus reducing the need for adjustments.
